Fedora Laroza
Fedora Laroza Paganelli (CRP 06/180170) is a psychologist registered and based in São Paulo, Brazil, holding a five-year degree in Psychology (2021) with an active registration with Brazil's Federal Council of Psychology (CFP). Her professional background is further enriched by prior studies in clinical psychoanalysis, art history, and cinema. She works as an independent practitioner, using the GenderGP platform to reach clients internationally, and carries full professional responsibility for all her clinical work.
Since beginning her private practice in 2017, Fedora has specialised in gender-affirming care for gender-diverse and neurodivergent clients, and has continuously pursued further education and professional development in this field. She brings both clinical expertise and lived experience of gender-affirming care — a combination that keeps her practice rigorous, direct, and genuinely invested in each person's process.
Fedora is an active member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), the leading global authority on transgender health, and a regular participant in its Global Education Institute — completing training in neurodivergence, trauma-informed care, ethics, and advanced mental health.
The Federal Council of Psychology (CFP) is one of the most progressive professional bodies in the world in its advocacy for transgender and gender-diverse rights and access to mental healthcare. Under CFP Resolution Nº 09/2024, Fedora is legally authorised to provide remote psychological services to clients worldwide, including formal assessments, diagnoses, and gender-affirming surgery referral letters where appropriate.
